Service Availability

The Service is available to customers in the Battersea area. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. Once you select your desired service package, date, and time, you will be asked to make payment in full. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and, where applicable, cash on the day of service. Payment must be completed at the time of booking

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Battersea Powerwash maintains a strict no‐refund policy. Once your booking is confirmed, the time and resources are reserved exclusively for you. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred alternative time based on availability.

Responsibility for Damage

Battersea Powerwash will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle that occurs during the cleaning process. In the event that damage does occur, we will make every effort to repair the damage as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Battersea Powerwash be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with the Service or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Battersea Powerwash, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
